Carnival defends Hurricane Ike actions, shifts cruises to Houston

Carnival Cruise Lines today defended its handling of passengers on two ships that it diverted to New Orleans after Hurricane Ike struck Galveston, Texas.  It also said it will move the Carnival Conquest and Carnival Ecstasy to Houston this week, subject to ship channel conditions,  and sail from there until Galveston’s port reopens [more...]
